Apple Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 small apple, cored and chopped
- 2 packed cups baby spinach (2 ounces)
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup unsweetened apple juice or orange juice
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender; purée until smooth. Add ice cubes; purée until smooth.
Serves 2
